Under the terms of the Global Settlement Agreement between Merrill Lynch and the Securities and Exchange Commission and certain other regulators (the “Global Settlement”), Merrill Lynch is required to publish investment ratings, earnings estimates and certain other information, such as the name of the certifying analyst, with respect to each equity research report published by it during a calendar quarter. This information is required to be provided on its public website no later than 90 days following the end of a calendar quarter.
