Help clients pursue what’s meaningful to them

As an experienced advisor, you’ve practiced an investment style that fits your experience, your skills and the needs of clients. At Merrill, you’ll still be doing that with our Goals-Based Wealth Management process.

Our process puts investors, rather than the market, at the center of the wealth management process. Success is aligned with a client’s progress toward meeting goals, not benchmarked against investment performance. With Goals-Based Wealth Management, you can go beyond clients’ investments to understanding their lives and helping them pursue their financial goals.

Hear one of our Top Advisors share why Merrill was the best move for his practice

Hear how Todd Silaika and his team joined the Thundering Herd and how the purpose, process, platform, and people empowered the team to reach new heights. To Todd and his team, the Bull is more than an iconic brand, it exemplifies how he strives to bring Wall Street to Main Street, as a trusted advisor at “a firm that supports [him] in doing the right thing every day.”

Forbes “Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors" ranking. SHOOK considered advisors born in 1983 or later with a minimum 4 years as an advisor.
