How to become a Merrill Lynch advisor

You're invited to join our comprehensive training program for experienced financial advisors. It consists of 10 weeks of learning Merrill Lynch’s strategy, products and services. The program includes:

  • Coaching and mentoring from Local Office Support and advisor mentors
  • Structured onboarding and training on enterprise strategy, sales skills, products and platforms
  • Access to Bank of America Merrill Lynch platforms and solutions

We’re looking for candidates who have:

2 or more years experience as a financial advisor

Business development and relationship management skills

Series 7, 63 and 65; or 7 and 66 licenses

A proven wealth management practice
