Andrew began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1994. He focuses on the design and implementation of equity, fixed-income and alternative investment strategies. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning. Andrew is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the firm's Investment Advisory Program, a Portfolio Manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis.

Andrew formerly worked as a legal assistant for Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP. He does not give legal advice in his current role at Merrill Lynch. He also spent time as a legislative assistant in the U.S. Congress and the House of Commons, Parliament. Andrew grew up in Far Hills, New Jersey, where he attended Far Hills Country Day School. He then went on to Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts. He earned his bachelor's degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Andrew serves on the board of trustees at Berkshire School, and the Second Stage Theatre in New York, New York.

Jack began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1995. He manages client relationships and designs equity, fixed-income and alternative investment strategies. His focus is on corporate executive services, including concentrated equity management, executive stock options and restricted stock sales. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning. Jack is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. Jack was named to Barron's prestigious Top 1,200 Financial Advisors list for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. He also appeared on the Barron's Top 1,000 Financial Advisors list every year from 2010 to 2013. He earned his bachelor's degree from Marquette University.

In 2001, Ava relocated to New Jersey and joined The Harbor Group. She is responsible for client service and operational procedures and uses her breadth of experience to help resolve client issues. She and her husband, Anthony, live in Fanwood, New Jersey.

He manages client relationships, business development and market executions. He holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) certification from Investment Management Consultants Association, Inc. and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning. Drew is a qualified Portfolio Advisor who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their investment objectives by recommending individual, or any combination of, Merrill Lynch or approved third-party investment managers' strategies, funds or portfolios.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2007, Drew earned his bachelor's degree in finance from The College of New Jersey, where he was a four-year varsity basketball player.

She is responsible for providing clients with personalized service and helping set up new accounts. Jennifer is experienced in relationship management and coordinates operational issues related to trading and investing. Jennifer also helps train new client associates and assists management in addressing client needs.

Chris Riley is a veteran of the financial services industry, with more than 15 years of experience on Wall Street. A University of Pennsylvania graduate, he began his career as a derivative specialist and market maker on the floor of the American Stock Exchange for one of the world's leading options-trading firms, Susquehanna International Group. He then went on to work for several health care-related investment banks where he handled institutional relationships involving research, trading and derivative strategies.

With a profound desire to help people, Chris decided to join Merrill Lynch in 2012, where he has leveraged his financial services experience and accesses the global resources of Merrill Lynch to service clients. At the heart of his philosophy is a desire to build enduring personal relationships with individuals, families and small businesses through his commitment to exceptional service. Chris employs a goal-oriented approach to investing and wealth management. Through this approach, coupled with a disciplined wealth management process, which allows for the flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing economic climate, he is able to help clients actively pursue their financial goals.

Chris is a life-long resident of Morristown and is the proud father of a daughter, Grace. He enjoys any activity that gets him outside, especially skiing and golf. He is active in various charities as well as his alma maters, Delbarton School and the University of Pennsylvania.
