Matt began his career in financial services in 2003 when he joined Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor. To Matt and his team, the most rewarding part of their work is the spirit of collaboration and cooperation gained with each client relationship, and knowing that their efforts may have a significant impact on the financial well-being of future generations.

Matt is a qualified portfolio manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the firm's Investment Advisory Program, a portfolio manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and has earned the Chartered Retirement Plan Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. In his role as a wealth management advisor, Matt is part of the Merrill Lynch Mid-Atlantic Region management team and oversees the practice management development program for newly hired financial advisors in that area.

A graduate of Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, Matt holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. Active in his community, Matt volunteers his time to the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education (BeatCancer.org), and to the Pinelands Preservation Alliance that serves his keen interest in increasing environment awareness through education. Matt and his wife, Jaclyn, make their home in Marlton, New Jersey with their three children, Hannah, Hayden and Harper.

Neal has been an advisor with Merrill Lynch since he began his career in financial services in 2001. He enjoys all aspects of working with the team to help clients define and build toward their financial goals, but his greatest satisfaction comes from helping clients pursue a secure retirement. To better serve the needs of clients, Neal often works closely with other family advisors, including attorneys and accountants to facilitate a fully integrated wealth management strategy. He takes great pride in his diligent efforts to deliver high-quality service and support on both a financial and personal level.

Neal earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. In addition, he holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation.

An avid runner, Neal is very involved with the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure and participates in races in Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York. Neal resides in Medford, New Jersey, and has three grown children, Meghan, Patrick and Kyle.

Geoff transitioned from business owner to financial advisor when he joined Merrill Lynch in 2013. Financial education is an inherent part of Geoff's role and he enjoys enlightening families and encouraging clients to make positive decisions about their finances.

Geoff leverages his quantitative and analytical skills in evaluating investment opportunities for clients. He works closely with Matt and Neal to evaluate wealth management strategies designed to address complex issues, and he believes that personal service is underscored by accountability.

A graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Geoff earned a bachelor's degree in biotechnology and a second bachelor's degree in environmental science. He has a keen interest in sports and enjoys baseball, skiing and snowboarding. When he's not playing ball with his own children, he volunteers his time with the New Jersey Independent Baseball League.

He and his wife, Amy, make their home in Moorestown, New Jersey. The couple has two sons, Austin and Beau Bradley.

Adam embarked on his career in the financial services industry in 2008, and began his time at Merrill Lynch in 2010. Upon graduating from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in finance, with a minor in economics, he joined Little & O'Reilly Wealth Management. Adam focuses on cash flow and goals-based analyses, in addition to providing support with financial reporting, strategies and forecasting, and investments.

Adam enjoys playing his violin, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Rob began his career in financial services in 2007 when he joined Merrill Lynch. His track record of delivering client satisfaction and operational management led him to join Little & O’Reilly in 2014. Rob is in charge of managing all aspects of the operational processes and provides the tailored experience that clients expect and deserve. Rob also supports the advisors in their work with clients in the areas of liability management, life insurance and alternative investments. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation from the College of Financial Planning.

A graduate of Ursinus College, Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics. Outside of Merrill Lynch, Rob dedicates his time to working with the American Brewer’s Association and Local Police Benevolence Associations. Rob and his wife, Erin, reside in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with their son Sawyer.
