He holds the CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Stephen is responsible for the team’s retirement planning and portfolio management, focusing on a complete and cohesive business plan and investment structure for the team’s asset base. He also manages The Swift Group’s business model, organizes team development and training, and manages various team initiatives. Stephen is one of our lead relationship managers and has earned multiple financial designations, including Chartered Financial Consultant®, and Chartered Life Underwriter®. Stephen is a summa cum laude graduate of Susquehanna University and The American College. He resides in Limerick, Pennsylvania with his wife Elyse and their children, Bryce and Adilyn. He is one of the team’s primary relationship managers, helping clients identify how to connect financial strategies with their life’s aspirations. John focuses on high level retirement planning and portfolio management for families interested in the transfer of multi-generational wealth. Zach received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 2010, where he was a member of the school’s ice hockey team. Zach and his wife Rachael live in Shillington, Pennsylvania, where they enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors. Aprile Seitz – Client AssociateAprile joined Merrill Lynch in 1991 and has been with the team since 2002. She leads the administrative and operations team from the Wyomissing office, heading up timely and effective processing and client satisfaction. Aprile handles day to day accounting questions, document processing, and various client service issues. She is a graduate of West Chester University and recently moved to her new home in Cumru Township, Pennsylvania with her husband David. Her daughter Christie is a graduate of Temple University and is working at Blackboard, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.Cali Snell – Client AssociateCali joined the Swift Group in 2013 as a Client Associate. She assists in the day-to-day operations and organizational needs in the Wyomissing office. She is the team’s lead point of contact for new and existing client onboarding, transfers and estate processing. She graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. During her four years at Kutztown, she was a scholarship athlete on the Women’s Volleyball Team and is now using her experience to coach student-athletes at Wilson High School.Kyle Kohler – Client AssociateKyle joined the team in 2013 as a Client Associate. He focuses on the daily trading for the team, and works closely with John and Stephen on Long Term Care Insurance related matters. He also provides support for clients enrolled in Merrill Lynch Online, primarily to resolve online related issues. Kyle received his undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University in 2012, where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Brianna Cooper – Client AssociateBrianna joined The Swift Group in 2014 as a Client Associate. She assist’s in the day-to-day operations and administrative needs in the Wyomissing office. She graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and was a member of the equestrian team.
