The Western Pennsylvania Complex headquarters is in downtown Pittsburgh and consists of eight offices and over 150 associates. Dwight Mathis serves as the Managing Director of the Western Pennsylvania Complex. Prior to becoming Managing Director in Pittsburgh, Dwight was the Head of New Advisor Strategy and Business Development for Merrill Lynch in New York City. Dwight’s career began as a Financial Advisor in Charlotte, NC where he became a producing office manager. Dwight continued his career in leadership as a Regional Sales Manager in Princeton, NJ before being appointed as the New Mexico Complex Director. After New Mexico, Dwight was the Director in the State of Arizona. Dwight graduated from Appalachian State University; he is a CFP® certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and received his MBA from The Thunderbird School of Global Management. Dwight has a passion for non-profit leadership and currently is on the Board of the dZi Foundation which partners to advance education and health in underdeveloped communities in remote Himalaya.
