About the Manager Paul Sullivan is the Managing Director of the World Financial Center Complex. The parent office is located in the World Financial Center – South Tower. The associate office is managed by Kurt Schroder and is located on Staten Island, New York. The complex has 150 Financial Advisors and 50 Client Associates who are responsible for overseeing in excess of 20 billion dollars(12/18/2015) on behalf of clients that include individuals, small businesses as well as non-profit organizations. Paul began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1985 as a client associate in Merrill Lynch’s headquarters’ office in New York City. In 1987, Paul became a Financial Advisor in suburban Philadelphia, managing money for retail clients. In 1995, Paul entered management as an Associate Director and transferred to Indianapolis, Merrill’s district office for the Mid-West. Two years later, Paul was promoted to Director and transferred to La Jolla, California, to manage 4 offices in San Diego County. As a native of New Jersey, Paul transferred back to the East Coast in 2001 to run the Short Hills, NJ Complex. Soon after Paul’s arrival, he was promoted to Managing Director and led the complex for 7 years. In October of 2008, Paul was promoted and now runs one of Merrill Lynch’s flagship offices, the World Financial Center Complex. Paul celebrated 25 years with Merrill Lynch in January, 2010 and continues to lead his employees with extraordinary commitment to client service. Paul along with his wife and two children live in Madison, New Jersey. His hobbies include golf, surfing, fishing, snowboarding and motorcycling.
